AAI Eastern Region Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 – 140 Graduate, Diploma & ITI Apprentice Posts

Airports Authority of India (AAI), Eastern Region, invites applications from eligible candidates for 140 Apprentice training positions for the year 2026-27. Candidates from West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar Islands are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline
  • Diploma Apprentice: Full-time Diploma in relevant engineering from AICTE-approved institution
  • ITI Apprentice: NCVT ITI certificate in relevant trade
• Age Limit: 18–26 years. Age relaxation as per Govt of India norms: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.
• Regional Preference: Candidates must be from Eastern Region states (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, A&N Islands). Domicile certificate may be required.

Stipend

As per Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and AAI guidelines – ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month for Graduate/Diploma apprentices; ₹7,000–₹8,000 per month for ITI trade apprentices.

1. Shortlisting based on percentage of marks in the qualifying examination
