AI Community & Growth Manager - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and schedule daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and community platforms carousels, reels, testimonial graphics, event recaps, AI news roundups, and challenge winner spotlights for Decoding Data Science (194K+ global AI community).
2. Drive registrations and sales for DDS free and paid programs AI Residency (CPD-certified cohort), AI Accelerator Bootcamp, and AI Guild membership through targeted outreach, follow-ups with past participants, DMs, WhatsApp engagement, and email campaigns. You own the numbers.
3. Handle community operations and host events schedule events on nas.io and other platforms, post session recordings, send weekly AI news digests, coordinate content calendar with the team, and keep the community feed active and valuable for members.

Stipend:

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Must have a genuine interest in AI and technology — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you should understand what LLMs, agentic AI, and prompt engineering mean.
2. 2. Strong written English is essential.
3. 3. Comfort with LinkedIn as a growth platform is a must.
4. 4. Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
5. 5. Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to post.
6. 6. Bonus: experience with community platforms like nas.io, Circle, or Discord.
