Key Responsibilities: - Order Management: Handle end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping of 50-100 daily orders (and scaling as needed). - Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels for e-commerce platforms and update listings regularly. - Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and customer engagement. - Quality Control: Check the quality of items before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction. - Reporting: Monitor daily sales and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management. - Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). - Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or related roles is an advantage. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart. - Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage time effectively.
