The executive should have delivered measurable business outcomes, such as:

1. 90% of inbound lead responses are automated within 30 seconds.
2. WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-up sequences are fully automated.
3. A lead scoring system that prioritizes high-intent prospects.
4. Weekly UAE real estate reports automatically personalized and distributed.
5. At least 20-30 AI workflows built and documented.
6. Reduction in repetitive manual tasks for the sales team by 70%+.
7. Dashboards for lead conversion, response times, marketing ROI, and sales pipeline.
8. A searchable internal AI knowledge base covering projects, developers, sales processes, and SOPs.
