strong We re Hiring Assistant Manager Sourcing Dubai strong Are you a techno-commercial professional with deep expertise in Indirect Procurement and Facility Management We are seeking a dynamic strategic strong AM Sourcing strong to join our Middle East Europe sourcing team in Dubai strong Role Overview strong strong Position strong Assistant Manager Sourcing strong Location strong Dubai strong Team Function strong Middle East Europe Sourcing strong Reporting To strong Director Middle East Europe strong Key Responsibilities strong strong Supplier Price Management strong Secure competitive supplier quotes negotiate optimal pricing and establish favorable delivery and credit terms strong Data Margin Analysis strong Analyze customer purchase data to maximize Annual Rate Contract ARC and Request For Quotation RFQ opportunities Conduct category- and item-level price analyses to estimate profitability accurately strong Cross-Functional Collaboration strong Partner with Tech BD Customer Purchase Central Procurement and Local Sourcing teams to deliver timely competitive analysis strong Process Optimization strong Identify and develop standardized processes to meet business development needs and improve turn-around time TAT on data analysis strong Innovation strong Create forward-thinking approaches to evaluate and enhance procurement analysis effectiveness Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 3–6 years of experience in the sourcing industry (Essential).Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of supply chain, strategic sourcing, and Indirect Procurement categories (Facility Management knowledge is a major plus).Education: Graduation from a reputed institute (Essential); MBA or equivalent preferred (Desirable).Key Skills: Exceptional negotiation ability, customer-centric mindset, excellent communication with a flair for BD/sales, and a drive to build processes from scratch.
