Job Title: Assistant Professor Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Joining: Immediate Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and qualified Assistant Professor Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) to join our academic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching skills, sound technical knowledge, and a commitment to academic excellence while mentoring students in emerging technologies. Qualifications BCA + MCA (Computer Applications) OR B.Tech + M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning or a related discipline. Candidates with NET/SET/Ph.D. (preferred but not mandatory) will be given preference. Strong academic record with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree(s), as per institutional norms. Experience 03 years of teaching experience or relevant industry experience in AI/ML. Fresh postgraduates with excellent academic credentials are encouraged to apply. Experience in curriculum delivery, laboratory sessions, and student mentoring is preferred. Key Responsibilities Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in AI & ML and related computer science subjects. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessment papers. Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and laboratory exercises. Mentor students for academic projects, internships, hackathons, and research activities. Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement. Maintain student attendance, internal assessments, and academic records. Contribute to accreditation activities such as NAAC/NBA and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Participate in faculty development programs (FDPs), seminars, conferences, and departmental activities. Encourage innovation, research, and industry-oriented learning among students.
