Position: Audit Head

Department & Location: Internal Audit, Gurgaon

Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Summary:We are looking for an experienced professional to lead internal audit functions, strengthen ﬁnancial controls and ensure compliance across multiple branches. The role focuses on maintaining ﬁnancial accuracy, inventory control and operational transparency.

:

Ø Cash & Bank Audit

· Verify cash transactions, deposits & reconciliation

· Conduct cash book veriﬁcation and physical checks

· Audit bank statements, vouchers & cheque records

Ø Inventory & Physical Veriﬁcation

· Verify vehicles, spare parts, oil stock & consumables

· Reconcile CRM/DMS/Tally with physical stock

· Audit workshop & bodyshop operations

Ø Statutory Compliance

· Ensure GST, PF, ESIC, TDS, TCS compliance

· Monitor ﬁlings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

Ø Payroll & Incentive Audit

· Audit salary, attendance, deductions & incentives

· Verify full & ﬁnal settlements

Ø Purchase & Expense Audit

· Audit vendor invoices, GRN & purchase records

· Monitor expenses, approvals & operational costs

Ø Sales & Revenue Audit

· Verify sales calculations, discounts & profitability

· Audit workshop billing & spare parts margins

Ø Financial Reporting & Analysis

· Audit P&L statements & receivables

· Ensure reconciliation across systems

Ø Stock & Operational Audit

· Conduct stock verification across branches

· Monitor WIP and non-moving stock

Ø Profitability & Claims Audit

· Verify incentives, claims & reconciliation

· Track pending claims and recovery

· Strong accounting, internal audit & ﬁnancial control

· Analytical and MIS reporting

· Leadership & team management

Key Success Factors: Strong control over numbers (daily discipline). Ability to prevent leakage, not just report. Business-oriented ﬁnance approach. Eﬀective coordination with Sales, Service and all internal functions.
