Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for business process optimization within Visa's operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Visa's processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth. Analyze data and present insights to support decision making for strategic initiatives. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of process optimization efforts. Identify and recommend process improvement solutions to enhance the customer experience. Act as a subject matter expert in business process optimization and provide guidance to other team members. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support BPO initiatives.
