Job Description:

Branch Manager in direct Vertical will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers .
Build and train a high-performing front-line sales team to convert business leads generated by the call centre and branch operations teams.
Design and implement sales plans that enable the team to achieve their business targets effectively.
Monitor and review team performance regularly, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Promote and sustain desired sales behaviours by leveraging digital sales management tools and processes.
Ensure high quality, consistency, and persistency of business.
