Position Branch Operations Executive Job Location Noida Extension, Greater Noida West Experience Required * Minimum 1 year of experience * 1–5 years of experience preferred * Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage. Compensation * ₹3–3.5 LPA CTC * Performance Incentives * Career Growth Opportunities Key Responsibilities * Reach out to local real estate brokers and build strong relationships. * Coordinate regularly with brokers for property sourcing and buyer requirements. * Maintain and update the resale property inventory in the CRM. * Verify property availability, pricing, and inventory status. * Support smooth day-to-day branch operations. * Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for property visits and follow-ups. * Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate operational records. Required Skills * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong relationship-building ability. * Basic computer and CRM knowledge. * Organized and proactive approach to work. * Knowledge of the Noida Extension real estate market will be an added advantage.
