This is an entry-level launchpad full training provided, minimal to no prior experience expected. Ideal for recent graduates and those with up to 6 months of experience who are starting their sales career. What you'll do Reach out to US prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls Build and qualify a pipeline of potential clients Schedule meetings for senior BD team members Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity Who this is for 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates any discipline 06 months of experience freshers and very early-career candidates welcome Excellent spoken and written English Confident, professional presence on calls and video Comfortable working the US night shift (IST evening/night) Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient sales is a numbers game Work setup Fully remote work from anywhere in India Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, qualified work-from-home setup required Occasional travel: 25 times per year for team meetups, training, or client events (all expenses covered) Compensation & advantages Fixed salary: Rs. 1,80,000 - Rs. 2,40,000 PA (based on assessment) 1.5% profit share per placement uncapped, your earnings grow with your results Structured training in US staffing and B2B sales from day one Explicit growth path into senior BD / account management Fully remote work with all travel expenses covered
