Business Development Executive (WFH & Part Time)

About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and self-motivated 'Business Development Executive' to help us expand our presence across the corporate, entertainment, education, and sponsorship ecosystem. Key responsibilities:

A. Corporate show bookings

1. Identify and approach corporates for annual day events, employee engagement programs, family days, festive celebrations, dealer meets, conferences, awards nights and entertainment events.
2. Generate new business opportunities with HR, administration, marketing and CSR departments.
3. Schedule meetings and presentations with potential corporate clients.

B. Sponsorship acquisition

1. Identify and approach companies, brands and businesses for sponsorship opportunities.
2. Source title sponsors, associate sponsors, co-sponsors and event partners for Divine Rhythmz concerts and music events.
3. Build long-term relationships with marketing agencies, branding agencies and corporate decision-makers.
4. Coordinate sponsor presentations, proposals and follow-ups with the founder.

C. Event & entertainment partnerships

1. Build relationships with event management companies, wedding planners, hotels, clubs, luxury housing societies and entertainment agencies.
2. Explore opportunities for live performances, curated musical evenings and collaborative events.

D. Academy growth

1. Develop tie-ups with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporates, clubs and housing societies for music workshops, singing competitions, talent development programs and admissions into the Divine Rhythmz exclusive academy of music (DREAM).

E. Lead generation & relationship management

1. Identify potential clients and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
2. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.
3. Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions using Excel or CRM.
4. Represent Divine Rhythmz professionally and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Performance expectations:

1. Generating qualified corporate leads.
2. Securing meetings with decision-makers.
3. Sourcing sponsorship opportunities.
4. Building strategic partnerships.
5. Expanding the academy's reach through institutional tie-ups.
6. Contributing to increased show bookings and revenue.

Compensation (incentives will be based on):
