Flipkart is looking to hire Customer Support Executives for its work-from-home customer service team. The company is searching for individuals who can help customers by means of voice calls and chat support in a professional and helpful way. Full-time remote job for candidates wanting to build a career in customer service with a leading e-commerce company in India.

As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for resolving customers' queries related to order, account, delivery, payment, return, refund, and other general queries. Depending on the process you are assigned to, you could take customer conversations via call, chat or a mix of both. All interactions must be done in a polite way and must provide correct information as per company guidelines.

Selected candidates will be trained before being introduced to live customers. The training includes company policies, communication standards, customer handling techniques and the tools that are used in daily work. Freshers who are good at communication and have a desire to learn are welcome to apply.

Candidates in this role should be comfortable communicating in Hindi but confident in using English to communicate with customers and within the team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of computers, typing speed and ability to work independently from home.

The company has a six-day work schedule with one rotational off day per week. Depending on business needs morning, evening and night shifts are available. Candidates should be flexible to work in any shift allotted. Employees may also receive monthly additional incentives based on consistent quality and performance targets.
