Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Car AC and Electrician professional. The role involves diagnosing and repairing car air-conditioning systems, including checking refrigerant levels, detecting leaks, servicing compressors, and ensuring optimal cooling performance. Day-to-day tasks also include inspecting, installing, and repairing electrical wiring, fuses, lighting, batteries, alternators, and other vehicle electrical components. The person in this role will troubleshoot electrical and AC issues, perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic tools, and document work completed. Collaboration with service advisors and other technicians to provide accurate repair estimates and ensure timely, high-quality service is expected. Qualifications <ul><li>Strong foundation in electricity and practical experience in electrical work for vehicles.</li><li>Hands-on skills in maintenance & repair of car AC systems and electrical components.</li><li>Ability to perform systematic troubleshooting to identify and resolve AC and electrical faults.</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to automotive systems.</li><li>Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment for AC and electrical checks.</li><li>Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive electrician/AC technician or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in car AC servicing and vehicle electrical repair (or equivalent practical expertise).</li><li>Attention to safety standards, ability to follow technical instructions, and maintain accurate service records.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a workshop team environment.</li></ul>
