Customer Care Coordinator

Dev Plastics is a road-safety products manufacturer in Gurgaon. We make signboards, road studs, delineators, cones and barricades for contractors and government projects. We need one person to own our customers after the order is placed. Your work: • Answer customer calls and WhatsApp — orders, status, complaints. • Track every order from factory to dispatch and update the customer before they ask. • Coordinate with production and transporters so material ships on the promised date. • Check invoice, e-way bill and packing details before every dispatch goes out. • Log every complaint and close it. Nothing stays open. What you need: • 1 year in customer coordination, dispatch, back office or support. • You keep a tracker in Excel or Google Sheets and you keep it current. • You can talk to contractors and transporters in Hindi. Fluent English is NOT required. • 12th pass. Why work here: • Day shift only. No night shift. No dialer target. This is coordination work, not a call centre. • 6 days a week, Sunday fixed off. Gurgaon office. • Salary on time, every month. • You own your customers end to end. Small team, you work directly with the owner.
