CTC: ₹18,000/month

In-hand: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000/month ⏰ Shift: Rotational

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively

✔ Assist customers with refunds, replacements, or repairs based on product type and issue

✔ Deliver accurate and timely resolutions with a customer-first approach

✔ Maintain call quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction

✔ Follow SOPs while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores ✅ Eligibility:

🎓 Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

🎓 Undergraduate & graduates welcome 💡 Skills Required:

✨ Excellent Gujarati communication skills (must-have)

✨ Good English (verbal understanding & speaking)

✨ Basic computer knowledge

✨ Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills

✨ Ability to work independently in a WFH setup 💻 System Requirements (Mandatory):

🔹 Processor: Core i5/ Ryzen 7, 8th Gen or above

🔹 RAM: Minimum 8 GB

🔹 OS: Windows 10 or above

🔹 Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps (Upload & Download)

🔹 Power Backup: UPS/Inverter for system & light

🔹 Webcam mandatory

🔹 Ability to install EDR software 📝 Assessment Criteria:

📌 Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

📌 Versant Score: 3 or above

📌 AMPI Scores:

Agreeableness: 20
