Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including KPI and operational metric reporting.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and develop automated solutions using SQL and scripting (Python) to streamline workflows.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting views (e.g., Tableau) to provide real-time visibility into performance and trends.
• Ensure data quality and reliability of reporting/automation outputs through troubleshooting, updates, and documentation of data requirements and processing steps.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation / Data/Information Management Analyst roles.
• Data analysis and insight extraction for complex datasets to answer business questions and drive decisions.
• Reporting and visualization using Tableau, including building and maintaining dashboards and report artifacts.
• Automation and scripting using Python, plus strong SQL for querying and manipulating data for reporting readiness.
• Scalability and reliability mindset for reporting systems: data quality checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated workflows.

Good to Have:

• PySpark for large-scale data processing and automation workflows.
• SAS for analytics, reporting, and data manipulation.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation (STEM preferred).
