About the internship:

TechSkySolutions is hiring data entry executive intern for a live production process involving update fields and accept/reject fields data entry work. This is a target-based, quality-driven role suited for candidates with good typing speed and accuracy. Strong performers get fast-tracked to permanent roles with regular growth opportunities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform data entry/field update tasks as per assigned SOPs and guidelines.
2. Meet daily and monthly production targets.
3. Maintain minimum quality accuracy score of 96% or above.
4. Follow work timings and reporting protocols strictly.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Typing speed: minimum 30-35 WPM with high accuracy.

4. 4. Basic computer literacy, comfortable with MS Excel/Google sheets.
5. 5. Ability to work in fixed shift hours.

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
• A. Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Preferred shift) | Night shift also available (10:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
  
  B. Target Structure:
  1. Daily Target: 8,000 – 8,400 entries
  2. Monthly Target: 2,10,000 – 2,20,000 entries (26 working days)
  3. Targets must be met while maintaining minimum 96% quality score.
  
  C. Salary & Payment Structure:
  1. Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000/month (subject to meeting minimum daily target and quality benchmark).
  2. Salary/Work Cycle: 21st of every month to 20th of the following month.
  3. Invoice Submission: On the 20th of every month (cycle end date).
  4. Payment Timeline: Salary will be credited within 10-15 working days after invoice submission.
  
  D. Payment through standard banking channels
  1. Quality-Based Deductions (applicable on salary — transparent policy):
  2. Above 96% = No deduction
  94% – below 96 = 10% deduction
  90% – below 94 = 20% deduction
  85% – below 90 = 30% deduction
  80% – below 85 = 50% deduction
  Below 80 = 100% deduction (no payout for that cycle)
