Job Summary We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our team in Gwalior. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Key Responsibilities Package Delivery: Transport, load, unload, and safely deliver items to designated customer addresses in a timely manner. Route Planning: Review delivery orders, plan efficient routes using navigation tools, and follow scheduled delivery windows. Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers during delivery, collect payments (COD) if applicable, and collect proof of delivery/signatures. Package Safety: Inspect packages prior to loading to ensure proper packaging and safeguard shipments against damage or loss during transit. Status Updates: Update delivery statuses in real-time using mobile applications and report any delivery delays, address issues, or customer feedback. Key Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license (Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler as applicable) and a clean driving record. Ownership of a reliable vehicle (or willingness to operate company-provided transport) and a smartphone. Good knowledge of local routes, geography, and navigation apps in Gwalior. Strong time management, punctuality, and physical capability to handle packages. Basic communication and customer service skills.
