Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a department team of up to 10 members to achieve operational excellence.
Manage daily department operations, including sales performance, profitability, inventory control, and stock availability.
Monitor ordering practices, stock levels, and stock rotation to minimize wastage and optimize sales.
Plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising displays.
Prepare staff rosters according to business needs, promotional calendars, and manpower requirements.
Maintain high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
Drive team performance through coaching, training, and effective communication.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team lead experience in supermarket, retail, FMCG, F&B, or hospitality industries.
Experience managing staff and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
