Diploma Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Undergo structured training in capacitor manufacturing operations.
• Operate and supervise SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) and automatic production machines.
• Monitor production, quality, and machine performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain production records and shift reports.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop the capability to independently supervise a production line.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, SPMs, automation, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for manufacturing.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.
