We are looking for highly experienced Direct Upload Medical Transcriptionists who can consistently deliver 99.5%+ accuracy with zero QA intervention, producing direct client-ready output.

This role is designed for seasoned professionals who can independently handle challenging dictators, multiple specialties, and varying report formats while maintaining exceptional quality and turnaround times.

What You'll Own

1. Transcribe, edit, and finalize AI-generated medical reports at Direct Upload quality standards
2. Consistently maintain 99.5% or higher accuracy
3. Handle challenging dictators and difficult audio independently
4. Ensure adherence to client-specific formats and account requirements
5. Meet daily productivity and turnaround time expectations
6. Maintain report quality with minimal to no QA corrections
7. Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, grammar, punctuation, and formatting standards
8. Support operational goals through consistent quality and reliability

Ideal Candidate

1. 10+ years of Medical Transcription experience
2. Proven track record of working at a Direct Upload quality level
3. Consistently achieves 99.5%+ accuracy
4. Strong understanding of multiple specialties and report types
5. Typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong typing accuracy and speed
6. Excellent listening and language skills
7. Proven expertise in ASR editing with strong transcription, editing, and proofreading skills
8. Ability to efficiently process AI-generated reports while maintaining high accuracy and productivity
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
10. Reliable internet connectivity and a distraction-free work environment for remote work
11. Comfortable working with AI-assisted transcription workflows
12. Shift flexibility (day or night shift as per requirement)

Compensation

1. Base Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month, based on experience and performance
