ELV Projects Engineer (Immediate Hiring)
Purpose of this position is to Manage the Projects Life Cycle including Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring and closing with high concentration to Cost and quality management Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following strong Activity and resource planning strong Understand the scope clearly determine the available resources set time estimates and evaluate Ensure all the activities are delivered on timeManaging the Projects Life Cycle including Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring and closing with high concentration to Cost and quality management strong Organizing and motivating the team strong Clear straightforward plans that is clear for the team and hence steer the team down a clear path strong Time management strong Meeting deadlines are non-negotiable Set realistic deadlines and communicate consistently This requires clear definition of the activity sequence those activities accurate estimates develop the schedule and maintain the schedule diligently strong Customer satisfaction strong Minimize uncertainty avoid unwanted surprises and involve the customer as much as reasonable possible maintain an effective communication and keep all the stakeholders up-to-date strong Analyzing and managing risk strong Meticulously identify and evaluate potential risks before and during the activity strong Monitor progress strong Once the vision and plan is clear monitor and analyze the outcomes and team performance and efficiently take corrective measure strong Managing reports and necessary documentation strong Develop weekly reports and monthly reports that have to be comprehensive including what was done who was involved and what could be done better in the future Bachelor's of Technology – Electrical / Computer / NetworkingMinimum 10 years of relevant experience.Experience in outdoor projects is preferred.Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards as per ADMCC, SIRA, Sharjah Municipality Ability to work with multiple discipline projectsProject management and supervision skillsDecision making ability and leadership skills
