Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C programming with MISRA compliance
• Deep knowledge of Microcontrollers (ARM Cortex M/R, AURIX)
• Hands-on experience with RTOS in safety-critical systems
• Proficiency in communication protocols: CAN, J1939, Automotive Ethernet, UDS
• Experience in bootloader development and hardware-software debugging
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR MCAL and functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Experience with static analysis tools, unit testing, and structural testing
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Model-Based Development (MBD)
• Scripting (Python, Jinja2)
• AUTOSAR Classic architecture
• Automotive cybersecurity and HSM knowledge
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)

• Own the complete embedded software lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Design modular software architectures (Application, Middleware, Drivers, HAL)
• Develop and integrate communication stacks (CAN, J1939, Automotive Ethernet, UDS, CANopen)
• Ensure software quality, performance, and reliability in safety-critical systems
• Perform debugging, testing, and coverage analysis, and resolve defects
• Develop functional safety mechanisms aligned with standards (e.g., ISO 26262)
• Document architecture using arc42, UML, and Doc-as-Code practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
