<p>This is a remote position.</p> <div> <h3>Job Title<br></h3> <p>Customer Service Representative<br></p><br> </div><h3>Responsibilities<br></h3> <ul> <li>Respond to customer messages on Instagram, Whatnot, email, and other platforms<br></li> <li>Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience<br></li> <li>Assist customers with: <ul> <li>Shipping updates<br></li> <li>Order questions<br></li> <li>Missing packages<br></li> <li>Product inquiries<br></li> <li>Repack information<br></li> </ul></li> <li>Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally<br></li> <li>Track orders and organize customer information<br></li> <li>Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues<br></li> <li>Communicate updates clearly with the VividSportsVault team<br></li> <li>Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support requests<br></li> <li>Handle inbound customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-ups<br></li> <li>Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in all customer interactions<br></li> <li>Manage and maintain basic social media presence (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.), including responding to comments/messages and helping keep pages active and customer-focused<br></li> </ul> <div> <br> </div><br><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Requirements<br></h3> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear American accent<br></li> <li>Previous customer service experience preferred<br></li> <li>Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude<br></li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills<br></li> <li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once<br></li> <li>Comfortable using Instagram, Whatnot, email platforms, and online systems<br></li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<br></li> <li>Ability to work independently and respond in a timely manner<br></li> <li>Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Etc.) <br></li> <li>Experience with e-commerce or online customer support is a plus<br></li> <li>Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented<br></li> </ul> <div> <br> </div><br>
