About the Role We are looking for disciplined, trustworthy, and result-oriented Ex-Army Officers to join our real estate team on a part or full -time basis. The role is ideal for retired defence personnel who wish to leverage their leadership, networking, and operational skills while enjoying flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and government officials. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions and deal closures. - Assist in local market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development activities. - Verify site operations and ensure company standards are maintained during field visits. - Support in resolving customer queries and maintaining long-term client relationships. - Promote the company's projects with professionalism and integrity. Eligibility - Retired Officer from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. - Minimum 10-15 years of service in the armed forces. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Well-connected within defence, government, or corporate circles will be an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications. - Prior experience in sales, administration, liaison, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory. Desired Skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
