Educational Qualification:
B. Tech 2-3.8 yrs (Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics& Electrical)
Diploma 6.9-13.8 yrs
Location:
Gurugram Plant
1. JOB PURPOSE
Development of Service literature for new models and new technology.
Coordination with Engg and SMC.
Development of Special Service Tools
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Service Literature Development:
Need to work on Engineering systems like I-BOM, DRS etc to understand model design for development of repair procedures.
On job activity on vehicles to align understanding from design drawing and actual vehicle.
Need to handle confidential information related to vehicle design, specification for future models.
Understanding of domestic and export market legal requirements in terms of defining content in manuals to take care of compliance.
Coordination with SMC and Engineering team for development activities of manual data.
3. MAJOR CHALLENGES
Managing confidentiality of project
Handling engineering systems (IBOM, UG, Team Center) and understanding of engineering drawing.
Managing requirements and deadlines very strictly as required by SMC, and model launch prospective
Handling activities related to OEM and working within the company guidelines considering OEM projects.
