Field Sales- Team Leader- Male Candidates Only

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective field sales strategies.
• Develop and implement sales plans, set goals, and track progress to drive business growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services to increase revenue generation.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales team handling
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams towards common goals.
