About the Role

Talking to the customers over the phone will be your primary job as a telecalling executive. This may include making calls, responding to customer inquiries, explaining products or services, confirming orders, collecting feedback, and assisting customers with basic support.

This is a fresher's job and does not require any experience. Candidates who are confident speakers and are polite in their communication will have an edge.

This is a work from home position, so you will need a good internet connection and a smartphone or computer to do your work on.

Main Responsibilities

Make calls to customers assigned.
Clearly describe products, services and offerings
Answer customer questions politely
Record customer response accurately
Verify customer details as necessary
Professional communication skills
Follow company guidelines during calls
Meet daily / weekly targets
Protect customer data confidentiality
Problems? Report to team leader/manager

Who Can Apply

Compensation & Benefits

The selected candidates can get a salary between ₹ 32,000 to ₹ 35,000 per month depending on their performance, roles, and interviews. Other incentives may be available depending on the targets achieved.
