Job Summary

As a Flutter Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. The role involves backend API integration, AWS cloud services, application optimization, app store deployment, and continuous maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high coding standards and meeting committed deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter mobile application development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world mobile applications.
Candidates pursuing any regular full-time academic course are not eligible.
Must be available to work full-time from the office.

Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)

Applicants must provide

Google Play Store links to published Android applications.
Apple App Store links to published iOS applications.
GitHub profile or source code of previous Flutter projects.
Portfolio showcasing completed mobile applications and technical contributions.

Required Technical SkillsFlutter Development

Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
Experience in building scalable, maintainable, and production-ready mobile applications.
Good understanding of state management techniques.

Backend & Cloud

Experience with AWS services such as:
EC2
S3
RDS
Lambda
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of authentication, cloud storage, and backend connectivity.

Mobile Integrations

Third-party SDK integration.
Firebase integration.
Push Notifications.
In-App Updates.
Payment Gateway integration (preferred).
Camera, Location, Maps, and Device APIs.

App Deployment

Experience publishing applications on:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
Understanding of app review guidelines, compliance requirements, updates, and release management.

Performance & Security

Application performance optimization.
Crash detection and debugging.
Memory optimization.
Secure coding practices.
Code refactoring and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter mobile applications.
Build responsive and scalable Android and iOS applications.
Integrate backend APIs and AWS cloud services.
Publish and manage applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Debug issues and improve application performance.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Strong coding fundamentals are expected.
Candidates should be able to independently solve development problems.
Clean architecture, code quality, and project ownership are highly valued.
