Responsibilities:

Design seamless experiences for Web and mobile apps, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Conduct user research and translate real insights into actionable, user-centered design decisions.
Continuously audit and improve existing user flows to optimize usability and engagement.
Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and set UI standards across the product.
Drive end-to-end design processes, owning a feature from concept through to launch.

Requirements:

5-8 years in UX / product design.
Primary tool: Figma (must-have).
