Freelance IT Recruiter / Placement Consultant – Bring Interview Opportunities for IT Freshers (India)

Project Overview

We are an established IT training institute that trains fresh graduates in technologies such as:

• Java Full Stack
• MERN Stack
• .NET
• Python
• Data Analytics
• SQL & Database Technologies

We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters, placement consultants, or business development professionals who already have connections with hiring companies and HR professionals. Your responsibility is not to recruit candidates . We already have trained, interview-ready students.

Your responsibility is to connect with companies, obtain hiring requirements, coordinate with employers, and arrange interview opportunities for our candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify companies hiring IT freshers or interns.
• Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, or Recruitment Agencies.
• Obtain genuine hiring requirements.
• Share complete Job Descriptions (JD) with us.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the employer.
• Work with our placement team until the interview process is completed.
• Provide interview updates and employer feedback whenever available.

Our Responsibilities

We will

• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Share resumes and candidate profiles.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate directly with students.
• Ensure candidates attend interviews on time.

You will not be required to manage students.
