Generalist (HR) - Internship

About the internship:

Are you ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Stirring Minds is looking for a Generalist (HR) intern who is passionate about HR practices, proficient in MS Word, and has excellent English communication skills. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Support onboarding new employees by preparing documents, coordinating orientations, and assisting in training programs.
3. Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support performance management processes by collecting and analyzing feedback.
6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures within the organization.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

  Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 8,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
