Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Government Liaison Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with government officials, ministries, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with ministers, IAS officers, and other government officials , particularly in the education sector . They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations, securing approvals, and facilitating collaborations for educational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, ministries, and officials (IAS, ministers, bureaucrats, etc.) to facilitate smooth execution of educational projects.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with government authorities and ensure effective communication.
  • Handle regulatory approvals, compliance, and policy advocacy for education-related projects.
  • Monitor government policies, education sector reforms, and regulations to align organizational strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with education boards, universities, and regulatory bodies for project approvals and funding.
  • Draft and submit proposals, MoUs, and project reports to government agencies.
  • Address legal and administrative issues related to educational projects, ensuring government norms are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to government policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Organize and participate in government and public sector events to promote partnerships in education.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Education, or a related field .
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in government liaison, especially in the education sector.
  • Strong network with ministers, IAS officers, bureaucrats, and government bodies .
  • In-depth knowledge of government policies, regulatory compliance, and educational project execution .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in preparing government project proposals, handling documentation, and ensuring approvals.
  • Ability to navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for government meetings and project execution.
