We are looking for a 1 year experience Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM and CPP portals to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The candidate should be well-versed with government procurement procedures, documentation, and bid submission workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Identify relevant tenders from:GeM (Government e-Marketplace)CPP Portal (Central Public Procurement Portal)State government portalsAnalyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specificationsPrepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams for:DocumentationTechnical inputsPricing approvalsManage complete bid lifecycle:Tender search Evaluation Submission Follow-upsHandle GeM-specific processes:Bid participationReverse auction handlingMaintain repository of:Past tendersDocuments (PAN, GST, ISO, etc.)Certificates and compliance recordsTrack tender results and prepare MIS reportsLiaise with government departments for clarifications (if required) Required SkillsStrong experience with:GeM PortalCPP PortalUnderstanding of:Government tendering processEMD, BOQ, RFP/RFQ formatsGood documentation and analytical skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF handlingPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree (MBA / B.Tech preferred )Knowledge of compliance standards and bid documentation
