We are a residential real estate development firm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a custom wallpaper design for our office feature wall (1 x 3.5 meters)
What You Will Design: A sleek, modern vertical timeline showcasing 35+ completed residential projects by our firm's owner over the past 25 years.
Each project entry will feature: Year, Project Name, Location, and 1 Photo.
The layout needs to be clean, premium, and well-balanced (e.g., alternating/staggered layout) so it fits neatly into the tall, narrow pillar format.
What We Provide: An organized spreadsheet with all project details in chronological order. project photos, our logo, and brand colors.
Deliverables: Print-ready PDF file for large-format wall printing. Editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Long-Term Opportunity: We have multiple active development projects ongoing. If we love your work and aesthetic on this project, we will hire you for our upcoming branding, brochures, and marketing collateral.
