Women and Child Development Department (WCD), Haryana Female Supervisor Recruitment 2026 - 108 Posts

WCD Haryana intends to fill 108 Female Supervisor posts on transfer/deputation basis from eligible persons already holding analogous posts in Ministries, Departments, Organisations, or Offices under the Government of Haryana. This is not a fresh open recruitment — only existing Haryana Government employees who meet the eligibility conditions can apply, and their application must be routed through their current employer/department. The engagement will continue until direct recruitment of Supervisors is completed through the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

The Female Supervisor is a key link between the department's headquarters and the Anganwadi network at the block level. WCD Haryana runs a large number of Anganwadi Centres across the state under schemes like the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) programme, and each Supervisor is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and reporting on the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers within her assigned circle. Filling these 108 posts through deputation lets the department quickly plug vacant supervisory positions with experienced government staff, while the regular recruitment process through the Haryana Staff Selection Commission is completed separately.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: You need 10+2 (Class 12) from a recognized Board.
  • Language: You must have knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.
  • Eligibility for Deputation: You must currently be working in a Ministry/Department/Organisation/Office under the Government of Haryana, holding an analogous post.
  • Service Record: Your ACR/Integrity Certificate record for the last 10 years should be Good, with no adverse remarks, and there should be no pending chargesheet or enquiry against you.

What does "deputation basis" mean? It means WCD Haryana is not hiring fresh candidates from outside government service. Instead, it wants to temporarily borrow a serving Haryana Government employee — who already holds a similar-level post elsewhere — to work as a Female Supervisor for at least one year. Your parent department has to relieve you and forward your application; you cannot apply directly if you are not already a Haryana Government employee.

Salary

  • The post carries Pay Level 6 of the Haryana Government pay matrix.
  • You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Haryana Government rules.
  • Since this is a deputation, your service on this post also counts toward your regular government service, and you continue to draw the benefits applicable to Haryana Government employees.

Selection Process

Selection for these deputation posts is based on:

  1. Document Verification: Your bio-data, service record, and ACR/Integrity Certificate for the last 10 years are reviewed by the department.
  2. Committee Assessment: Your application is assessed by the selection committee for the post.

There is no written exam for this deputation drive. Your track record as a government employee — a clean service history, good ACR ratings, and no disciplinary action — matters more than a competitive test.

How to Apply

  1. Fill in the application in the prescribed proforma, including your bio-data, postal address, employment history, and pay details.
  2. Attach your ACR/Integrity Certificate record for the previous 10 years and a declaration that no chargesheet or enquiry is pending against you.
  3. Get your application forwarded through proper channel — your current department or office head must endorse and send it on your behalf, not you directly.
  4. Send it to: Director, Women and Child Development Department, Bays No. 15-20, Sector-4, Panchkula, Haryana - 134112.
  5. Make sure your application reaches this address within 30 days of the advertisement's publication, i.e. by 7 September 2026. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Important Dates

  • Advertisement Publication Date: 4 August 2026
  • Last Date to Apply (within 30 days): 7 September 2026

Since the deadline is calculated from the publication date rather than a fixed calendar date, it's best to send in your application well before 7 September 2026 to allow time for postal or inter-departmental transit.
