Experience:1-7 Years Role: Order To Cash-Dispute and Deduction Location: Tower A, Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, Plot No. 139,140 & 142 E&F;, Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), Phase II, Noida - 201305 Date: 4th July 2026 Time: 10 AM to 2 PM Education: B.COM/ M.COM/BBA Shift Preference: Openness to work in all shifts. *Night shift flexibility is mandatory for Finance Hiring. Diversity and Short joiners are preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: - Review, analyze, and resolve customer deductions Trade, non-Trade, Front end and disputes. - Investigate short payments, chargebacks, pricing claims, promotional deductions, returns, shortages and freight claims. - Validate deduction claims against contracts, pricing agreements, proof of delivery, and supporting documentation. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams for dispute resolution. - Prepare dispute packages and follow up with customers for recovery of unauthorized deductions. - Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate deduction records. - Ensure timely closure of deductions within agreed SLA timelines. - Monitor aging reports and drive reduction of outstanding deductions. - Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring deductions.
