Role Overview: Service Desk Analyst
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first line of support for end users. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations by resolving technical issues and offering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to users via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, system admin, or network connectivity
- Log incidents accurately using the ticketing system and document resolutions
- Escalate urgent or unresolved issues appropriately
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow service management protocols
- Take full ownership of tickets from initiation to resolution
- Be flexible to work in a 24×7 support environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs
