You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating seamless communication between the company and its stakeholders through non-voice channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through email, chat, and other non-voice platforms.Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions that align with company offerings.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of services and products.Monitor client account health and performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.Contribute to process improvements in client management and communication strategies.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
