Position: Female HR Recruiter
Location: New Delhi (Work from Office)Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days WorkingSalary: 15k-25k per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on relevant BPO Hiring experience)
Eligibility
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
- BPO Consultancy Experience is mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in International BPO Hiring will be an added advantage
- Candidates from Delhi NCR Preferred
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, social media, references, and other job portals
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly recruitment targets
