Job Details

• Position: Telecalling Executive
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Preferred Location: Chennai
• Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Eligibility

• Candidates preferably residing in Chennai
• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Terms & Conditions

• Mandatory 3-day training at our Chennai office before joining.
• Mandatory weekly office visit (once a week) for review meetings and performance discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Follow up on insurance renewal leads.
• Explain insurance products and assist customers.
• Maintain accurate call records.
• Achieve assigned performance targets.
