Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Screen candidate profiles and assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate communication and professional skills.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from BPO, Domestic Recruitment, Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales, Collections, and Voice Process backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
