HR Mentor / Instructor (Freelance | Remote)
Internship Studio is looking for an experienced HR Mentor / Instructor to create 2–3 hours of pre-recorded training content for students and freshers.
What You'll Do:
- Record beginner-friendly HR interview preparation sessions.
- Cover common HR interview questions and answer strategies.
- Teach communication skills, body language, and interview etiquette.
- Guide learners on self-introduction, strengths & weaknesses, career goals, salary expectations, and behavioral questions.
- Create practice questions and interview exercises.
- Experience in HR interviews, recruitment, or interview coaching.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience creating recorded training content is preferred.
