The role requires hands‑on expertise with <strong>cloud‑based HR platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR)</strong> and strong analytical skills to support HR operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Requirements Gathering:</strong> Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to document functional needs and translate into system specifications</li><li><strong>System Configuration:</strong> Manage, configure, and maintain HRIS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting)</li><li><strong>Integration & Data Management:</strong> Monitor inbound/outbound feeds with third‑party vendors; ensure data quality, security, and privacy compliance</li><li><strong>Testing & QA:</strong> Design test scenarios, coordinate UAT, troubleshoot defects before launches</li><li><strong>Reporting & Analytics:</strong> Develop and maintain reports/dashboards for workforce planning and compliance</li><li><strong>User Support & Training:</strong> Serve as escalation point for system issues; create documentation, job aids, and training materials</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field</li><li>5+ years in <strong>business analysis, HR systems administration, or HRIS implementation</strong></li><li>Hands‑on with <strong>Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)</strong> and familiarity with <strong>SQL/API troubleshooting</strong></li><li>Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon for non‑technical users</li><li>Deep understanding of <strong>HR data privacy laws</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
