About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
2. Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who best match the job requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
4. Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and communication skills.
5. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment databases, and hiring trackers.
6. Create and publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reach.
7. Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
8. Collaborate closely with the HR team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
9. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered recruitment tools, and other modern hiring technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
