Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coaching for IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, and PTE Academic in both classroom and online formats.
- Teach all four modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—using structured and exam-oriented methodologies.
- Prepare students to achieve their target scores through personalized learning plans, mock tests, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate writing and speaking tasks based on official scoring criteria and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, practice materials, and mock examinations aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student attendance and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE examination trends and scoring methodologies.
- Confidently appear on camera to create educational videos, social media content, webinars, live sessions, and promotional content for Orbitwise.
- Conduct counselling calls and follow-up calls with warm leads, explain training programs, address student queries, and assist the admissions team in converting enquiries into enrollments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching IELTS and/or PTE.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to help students achieve high IELTS Bands and PTE scores.
- Thorough understanding of official IELTS and PTE scoring rubrics.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera and delivering engaging presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasive communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with prospective students and parents.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- IELTS, PTE, CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching certifications.
- Experience conducting webinars, seminars, workshops, or educational presentations.
- Experience in educational sales, student counselling, or lead conversion will be an added advantage.
- Content creation experience for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms is preferred.
- Ability to create academic content, practice materials, and test strategies.
- Student satisfaction and feedback ratings.
- Student score improvements and target score achievement.
- Batch retention and completion rates.
- Contribution to student enrollments through warm lead counselling.
- Participation in webinars, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
