Salary: 18,000 Take Home + PF + ESIC
Work Mode: Fully Remote / Work From Home
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls through the IVR system.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work independently from home.
Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Key Note
This is a Work From Home position. However, candidates may be required to visit the office in exceptional circumstances such as:
Training sessions
Documentation verification
Team meetings
System-related requirements
Business or operational needs
Candidates should be willing to travel to the office whenever required by the company.
