The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable enterprise applications, building and fine-tuning AI models, and working in Agile environments. The candidate should be flexible with working hours and collaborate effectively with global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesJava Backend Development<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.</li><li>Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications.</li><li>Implement high-performance, secure, and reliable backend services.</li><li>Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.</li><li>Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li></ul>Python & AI/GenAI Development<ul><li>Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and related frameworks.</li><li>Create, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.</li><li>Work on Generative AI (GenAI) applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>Integrate AI models and GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.</li><li>Perform model evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvements.</li></ul> Agile & Collaboration<ul><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.</li></ul>Required SkillsTechnical Skills<ul><li>6+ years of overall software development experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Python development.</li><li>Experience in AI/ML model development, training, and fine-tuning.</li><li>Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and implementations.</li><li>Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar.</li><li>Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).</li><li>Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.</li></ul>Process & Soft Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Flexible to work across different time zones and project requirements.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.</li><li>Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.</li><li>Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.</li></ul>
