About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, DevOps, and security domains while effectively leading cross-functional engineering teams.

This role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, architecture experience, stakeholder management, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications
• Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Ensure secure coding standards and compliance with OWASP security guidelines
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies
• Oversee application performance, scalability, observability, and reliability
• Guide adoption of DevOps, automation, and Agile methodologies
• Support AI/ML integration initiatives and implementation pipelines where applicable
• Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural governance
• Manage project delivery timelines, risks, and technical dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Full-stack application development
• Technical leadership and team management
• Strong experience in enterprise software architecture and solution design
